Hi guys, I have just purchased a set of the 20" Harley Davidson 06 wheels for my 06 Aussie truck, but have been led to believe that the offsets changed.
Our trucks are probably equal to your 03 model.
So whats the story, and if so, what do I need to make them fit?

If it is equivalent to an '03, than the rim offsets will be different.
The earlier Super Duties ran a shallower offset to provide additional clearance with the front leaf springs. The '05-07 Super Duties, having coil springs up front, do not have this same clearance issue, and they have a deeper offset.
In your case, the 20" rims may very well cause the tires to rub the front leaf springs before you'd hit the steering stops. So the larger turning radius of the earlier Super Duty will be made even larger. Just how noticeable this will be is hard to say...

Do a web search on it. They sell wheel spacers to move the wheels out so they don't rub. Personally I don't like them for haulling heavy loads.
