my dad put napa's performance drilled and slotted rotors with ceramix pads and they work great even when smoking hot from emergency stopping his 32 ft 5er with no warpage

mjtpolice76,

Take a look at the Powerslot Cyro'ed rotors and Hawks pads, best non HP mod I have made to my truck ever!! You'll want to stay away from drilled rotors on our heavy trucks, when towing and under severe use you stand a good chance of cracking the rotor, plus the holes reduce the swept area of the rotor by as much as 10% which results in less braking power. Also the slots do everything the holes do so why do both, it's just unnecessary.

Powerslot starts with raw castings and does all the machine work in house to control quality 100%, most other performance rotors are the same rotors you get at a parts store and then they are drilled and slotted and it' just doesn't result in the same overall performace. The cyro process also makes the rotor last longer and for all practical purposes eliminates warpage too, so long as you to the bedding in procedure when you first install them.

Call us if you have any questions on them we'll be glad to help you.

I have the power slots (cryo) and the hawk pads.I love them,my stoping distance decreased with the same amount of pressure on the brake pedal.
If i would have knowen about these before i sold my other truck,i might still have that truck.

i put Frozen Powerslots and Hawk Pads on the front of our 2000 dually and it was a great improvement. i got them from TireRack, and it was extremely fast shipping, and for a great price. after i get my heavy-azz wheels im upgrading my brakes front and rear to frozen PS and hawk pads, the best out there IMO.
