I always thought that the F100 and F250 2wd cabs are the same, but aren't the F350's and 4x4's different from 1961 up through 66?
61-64 have different floors than the 65-66. Also, 4 speed trucks have different floor center sections that 3 spd or AT. Unibody doors do not swap onto non-unibody cabs due to the door crease line. Front clips have differences, but I think you were concerned about the cab ....
I don't know about the 1965 and 1966 4x4 but the 1965 and 1966 f-350 use the same cab as the 1961-1964 f-100 and f-250 with the step in the floor right inside the door. The f-350 also uses a heavier duty frame taken from the f-500
Guys, will there be a problem with the hump, if you are wanting to put a 3+ granny in a truck where a 3 on the tree resides? mesalmon was asking that question, he is a student near me, and the NCFTO group is thinking about helping him out.

In the cool still quiet of night you can hear chevies rusting away.
John if going to put a T98 in he'll have to get the floor pan insert that is humped or the corner of the transmission will rub a hole through the floor. Any floor insert from a 61 to 63 automatic or 4spd will work
