I saw the same thing the other day. The bottle is different also ( Triple protection), I thought I saw the Cj-4 rating on the Dello bottle also.

I usually buy my Delo from Costco -- last time I was in they still had 2+ pallets of the old CI4+ Delo, but had raised the price (I bet it's for the price increase to the CJ version of Delo). The cases were $59.xx for 6 gallon jugs

Tonight, I was at my local store, they are carrying the Rotella 15W40 Heavy with the CJ rating.
