99 3.0 Ranger too many unset readiness codes
I have a 99 3.0 Ranger. Regular maintenance/upkeep oilchanges plugs wires etc when needed. Runs good,
AC is cold and the check engine light is off, so I went to get it inspected thinking no big deal.
First year for North Carolina OBD tests. My truck failed due to too many unset (not ready) readiness
codes. Then I took it to Advance Auto Parts and they hooked it up to a diagnostic scanner, an Orange
Actron. No faults found. I'm not a mechanic but still decided to look under the hood. Battery was
super corroded and terminals were ate through. I had the battery tested. It was bad so I replaced it
and the terminals. I drove it around some for 3 days and about 65 miles to hopefully reset everything.
I took it in to get inspected again but at a different shop. Same results for inspection and then the
same no faults results at Advance again on their free diagnostic tool.
Here's the summary of my Readiness Monitors from the NC inspections:
Misfire(if available):Ready
Fuel System(if available):Ready
Comprehensive Component (if available):Ready
Catalyst:Ready
Heated Catalyst:Not Available
Evaporation System:Ready
Secondary Air System:Not Available
A/C System:Not Available
O2 Sensor:Not Ready
O2 Sensor Heater:Not Ready
EGR System:Not Ready
No Check Engine Light No Codes Any ideas on what to do next?

Two quick thoughts. 1)There may be a TSB on the system not reaching 'ready' and 2)What is needed I *think* is a single run that includes start, idle, accel, cruise, decel. Most times you get all the conditions to happen in regular driving, and would never know that you were taking a test... but you are.
If you take it to a shop, they will have to attempt to repeat, that means a mech taking a long ride on the clock, trying to get all the 'conditions' to occur in normal driving.
I'd try talking to the service rep at a dealer to see if they will disclose what route their mechanics use to try to get the system 'ready'.
I do NOT have all the details in my head, this is general info.

The vehicle must be driven a certain way over a period of time in order to complete the OBDII monitors and clear the P1000 readiness code:
