I have a L.E.D Lighting question/problem

Hey guys my 2001 has had all the lights changed over to L.E.D lighting with the exception of the front turn signals/ elay and all changed. Today I changed them to led and have a weired problem. I noticed with my running lights or headlights on that all worked fine but if I turn off the running/headlights and turn on my turn signals my front side markers blink and even my licence plate lights blink, Oh and my line of fire lights flash all the way across and not just the side selected. I took the led's out and put stock back in and no problem, then put one led back in and no problem but put in the last led and have the same problem. I think its in the led bulb but when I check the led bulb with a 9 volt battery that light seams ok. Any idea or something im missing??? Again with the two stock bulbs no problem but add the two led turn signals and problem. Thanks in advance.

If you are changing to all LED setup then you really need to change the flasher in the dash, it works off of current measurement for the most part and since LEDs require next to no current, it gets all weirded out by it. I believe the Relay part number has EP 27 in it but not sure, hopefully someone will come along with the entire part# and where to get it. I'm just going off of memory.

I already changed flasher and ep 27 is correct. Im wondering if the flasher may be defective or one of my new bulbs, Im really not to sure. I know one thing stock bulbs in the front flasher postion = no problem. Led's in front flasher postion = problem, Just not sure why! Every other bulb on my truck outside of cab light is an led and has been so for a few months. I had to wait to get yellow leds for turn signals on front and now have this thing going on. Again turn signals on with no other light on = problem but with running or headlights on = problem. Again all side markers, licence plate lights, line of fire and one turn signal front (right or left) will light when that postion is selected on my selector inside but only with leds installed, with stock no problem.
