I just noticed something and went back and looked at the other pics as well. It looks like the grill is attached to the hood now like the 2004 & up F150's are.

All the pics look the same. The seem line looks too tight along the grill/hood. We'll have to see. I hope not as well. Had an 04 F150 and it made the grill/hood feel cheap and not very strong. Every time I closed the hood (especially in the winter) I was afraid it would break off.
the black base of the mirrors still look that same...who knows maybe if they are keep the mounting part of the mirrors the same eventually if i wanted i could putthe mirrors on my 06 truck...i think that those mirrors would eventually grow on me but that front end i dont know!
It looks like the grill is painted but, the bumper and sheet metal is covered by an adhesive backed plastic. Poorly applied too I might add.
When I copied the pic and zoomed in, I could see the wrinkles in the cladding. Notice the difference in the "camo" grill vs. sheet metal.
I don't see a PowerStroke tag on this one either.
I zoomed in as well and the vents are still there, but covered with that vinyl camo stuff. Did some more reserch on the hood and I'll eat my shorts if I'm wrong on the grill opening with the hood.
I see what you guys mean about the grille maybe being attached to the hood...what the heck, a Dodge feature? Maybe the grille just sweeps up more.....i hope.
I can just about guarantee that the grille assembly will be part of the hood when raised up. Don't like it either, but this is the way ford is going....
it seems that they are taking to much from the 1/2 ton style...from the sqaure mirrors, attached grille, interior and even the large ford logo dead center of the tailgate and the fog lights are even further apart...im likeing my 06 more everyday

Well, had some time to think about the grille being attached to the hood and now Im thinking that its a plus. It will make it easier to clean all the little nasty bits of Chevy and Dodge out from the radiator when I pass them on the road.
The 2008 super duty grille that was on ebay quite some time ago did not look like it attached to the hood. It looked like a much bigger version of the current grille and would probably attach to the headliner, correct name for the fiberglass panel for grille and headlights correct?
The link seems to be not working, so here it is in a text form you can cut and past to get there. The pic is not covered in camo in the pic, it might be worth the effort to see.
Well that did not work either so maybe this one will get you there.
Nope. It gets you close, just scroll down to the inside line link, click there and then it gets you to the inside line where you can click on the tab for future vehicles and find the link that says 2007 F250/F350 and when you click on that its goes to a link that says 2008 F250/350
Sorry, about this, there must be some security issue with linking the pic here. ????
