What wold it take to convert my 1990 2.3 ranger to Power Steering. After about running off a bridge the other night I have decided it is a must have. Any help is appreciated.

 

You'll need to find a 2.3L Ranger with PS from around the same year. You'll need the bracket to mount the pump to the engine, the pump itself, the gear box itself, maybe a different steering shaft, and any other associated hardware that is PS specific. Maybe someone with a ~'90 2.3L can chime in on that paticular layout.
