Door Lock Module Location?

Hi folks, newbie here. Great site learned a lot here. My brother bought a 2004 F-250 crew cab but he doesn't have the code for the keyless entry keypad. He was told he could find it on the module which should be located behind the panel in back of the rear seat. Brother said he looked but could not find it. Is he looking in the right place?

Look under the dash just to the right of the gas pedal. Against the fire wall just above the pedal and to the right. Behind every thing is a white box thats the door lock modual on it is the factory number for the door code.

When you say under the dash above the gas pedal, do I need to remove the dash to view the code, or can I just see it from underneath? I have the same situation. I'm trying to find the door lock code but I can't find it.

On my 2005 F250 Crew cab, if you drop down the driver's side tray thingy (squeeze the sides to swing it down further) you can see a white sticker on the module against the firewall. It has the door lock code on it.

There are three plugs going into it gray green and blue it's mounted to the firewall the sticker will have a 5 digit # on it. The easiest way to see it is to take off the trash bag hook 2 bolts and look in there with a bright flash light it's a bosh module sticker was upside down on mine or look with your head by the go pedal up towards the radio look for the three plugs.
