Went back out Saturday.
Watched some Chevys break down and not make it out of the mud
then went through 3 times in a row with no problems.
Fun times I think everyone was impressed because I drive there and
drive home no trailer for me. I have a ton of cleaning to do the
underneath and body are clean but the engine needs some TLC still.
Plus all the fluids need to be drained and filled again. My WARN hubs
are hard to move so I gotta pull those apart too. Well worth it though. See the movie here called muddin!
not sure why but i cant get thaty movie to play.but i really like the 2nd moive from the top with the old black ford with ***** to the walls pulling out that chevy blazer.LOL hahahahahaha
Good stuff! That engine bay looks too familiar. I used to fight with cleaning all that off after local runs back before the lift. Rob suggested a mix of diesel and waste oil sprayed on the under carriage to keep mud off and I found it works well in the engine bay too but keep it off your headers.
very cool.looks like fun.the end pic everyone has there hood up i guess everyone has engine problems?LOL

yeah i had my hood up cause i wanted to get some pics I drove an hour and
a half 15 minutes after i took that. FORD Tough!!!
Fordinmudd: that's Pro's truck in the tank trap
Fordpickmeup: not sure which ones they are I bought them 11 years ago
from Summit Racing after my stock ones took a dump on me. When I was 16 stuck in a big mud bog. This is the first time I've ever had
any problems with them
Ivan: thanks for the advice. My dad and I are going to rig up some thick
rubber underneath the truck to keep some of that water and sludge from
making it up that high too.
There's another mud bog coming up Oct 28th this one
is supposed to be alot more challenging. I wish some of you bigger
fords lived around here the local mudders would get a kick out of a
big block 44" tire Ford tearing up the pit.
Nice vid. Did look to challenging for ya though...
Still a nice hole though.
Yeah, my engine bay looked just like that, but not as thick, looks like a 1/2" pilled up on the fenderwells.
what are the two big fans for in pros bed on the back of the roll bar?i would love to make my truck 600 hp like that.what did you do to that engine to get all those hp's pro?those skulls look kewl on the doors.
Nice pics and videos..I too am no rookie to the muddy engine bay..I know go slow going into the sippy holes then full throttle thru and out...Helps keep the motor cleaner and less over heating probs..I love how the Blazer got pulled way up the hill...
