Electrical ?
Went out to start the Ex today after church and the wipers came on with the wiper fluid spraying. Also, my fuel gage read 1/4 tank when it should have read full. I've just had this 2003 Ex for just under a week. Not sure what to think other than some type of short somewhere or the stalk that controls all the wiper stuff has an issue. I still don't know if there is a relationship with the fuel gage and the wiper nonsense. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Is your Ex a diesel? On my 2000 and 2003 diesel X's, the fuel guage would sometimes take an hour or so to come up to full after filling up. My '05 diesel X doesn't seem to do that. Just an idea.

Checked the recall list and nothing there for the 2003 model. Tried starting it tonight and the wipers did not come on. Intermittant problems are hard to track down. Thanks for the recommendations. BTW....fuel still read 1/4th. I'll see what happens tomorrow.
