Yes they do.

Its a new tire, so it does not even show in my system yet. But according to my BFG rep we should be able to recive shipment within weeks.

Was that a yes they do cause warranty issues ?if so just for the 3/36000 bumper to bumper or the full drivetrain ?

Yes and no they cause warranty issues. It won't affect your powertrain, but if you bring the truck in for an issue with the front suspension they may deny your warranty claim because of the lift. The burden of proof is upon the dealer though to show that the lift caused the fault for which you are making your warranty claim.
