i am installing a 460 c6 combination in a 1966 sb and wondered where the tech articles for the electronic ignition conversion went. i am considering using the electronic ignition components from the 1975 460 parts truck that i am robbing. also i can't find the tech articles for power steering conversion although i don't think i really need it. my parts truck is a f250 with those heavy duty dual piston front disc brake assemblys that i don't need, so if anyone is interested? all i needed was the motor, transmission, and the motor mounts. jim.
Jim There is a page out there about the duraspark conversion. It is fairly simple to rig up. Run a Google search. :-X12

Jim, you may be able to get the info at your local library from a manual such as Mitchell etc. The big thick manuals not the one Auto Zone etc. sell. It is very simple only 2 wires.
I could use the right front spindle assembly if you still have it. I'm doing a disk brake upgrade on my '66 F250, I have most all of the parts from another dual-piston truck, just missing that spindle. Please email me at merc100@pacbell.net and we can discuss details.
