My 66 custom cab merc has a push button radio in it. It seems correct part number wise but, all the other ones I have seen do not have preset stations did some put this radio in after, or was it a push button radio an option thank in advance

That's the optional deluxe push-button radio. You won't see one every day, but they're relatively common in Canada, less so in the States.
