Lights using keyless entry
First let me say that i've been lurking for about 2 weeks and have already gotten a wealth of knowledge on the forum. I've always been a Chevy man, and just recently bought a 06 F250 Lariat PSD 6.0l, and absolutely love it. It has so much more to offer as a heavy duty over the Duramax 2500, so that's my confession to crossing over. 
Now i'd like to ask a question regarding the keyless entry. My brother-in-law owns a 2003 F250 V10, and when he unlocks his doors, the cab, mirror, brake lights, and front light up. I use my fob, and the interior lights are the only thing that blinks. Is there a setup/programming that i need to do in order to get my truck to do the same?

Well, firstly, Congratulations not only on your new SD, but crossing over to the world of Ford!!! I am sure you will love your new truck.
I own a 2003 F250, and when I press the key fob, the doors unlock, and the cab, mirrors, brakes and front lights DO light up. I can't speak for the 2006's, but I am sure someone else here can.

On my '04 the marker lights, cab lights, etc. only light up when I lock it, not when I unlock it with FOB. The only changes I know of that can be made to the programming of the stock RKE are the ones listed in the manual.
