Tire Options???
Hello everyone, I have an 04' FX4 with 275/65-R18 wheels and tires. I recently installed the Autospring 2" leveling kit and these tires look a little small. I have been searching for tires that are 33" (not the 32" stock size) and not been having much luck. I do not want an All Terrain tire, just a good All Season type tire with a little bit of an aggressive tread. I have Goodyear MTR's on my 02' FX4 - love the look - hate the noise. Unfortunately with the 18" rim you do not have many options. Any suggestions???

Like you said there are not many options in the 18" wheels. I am waiting for some tire company to make a 33x1250 tire. Right now you can get Nitto's in 33x ~1300. I am just trying not to go that wide. But with an 18" wheel there are not many options. Unless you wait and hope someone comes out with something new.

Well said. Ford really screwed us with the 18" wheel. Kind of like the old Mustang wheels where only one tire was available. Toyo also makes a 33". You will probably find nothing in an "all season" tire you will have to go all terrain or mud terrain.
