Help With Axel Id
Hi guys and gals I have a rear axel I need to decode I have the axel tag in my hand but the codes do not show up in the decoder listed in the tech articles I would like to put the axel in my truck but I need to make sure the gearing is the same as the front axel .

Guess it would help if I put the code IN the question duh!! Been one of those days .

top line s 808d
bottom line 55 8 8 7c 1 6

It is possible that the top line on the tag reads S 308 D
I have searched the net for 2 days and cant find an axle tag decoder that works on this tag Plenty out there for Earlier mustangs though. If any one knows were I can find a decoder for this I would greatly appreciate it Thank
