Hey anybody know where I can get some oversized mounting bolts for the intake and exhaust. After I got all the performance parts on I have a massive header leakage. The stockers are slipping off the flanges of the intake and exhaust.

No idea, but you have to use same special convex washer used on stock bolts. Maybe some helicoil repair could fix it... who knows...

I'm running a new header and intake setup, the stocker washers aren't big enough for all the flange gaps. I'm thinking of getting some grade five bolts of the same size and thread pitch, and putting big washers on that will hold the torque, maybe stacking a few on top of each other where I can. This is of course unless anybody knows a company that makes them.

I had the same problem with my Clifford headers. I ended up using some of the stock "washers". I say "washers" because they are like 1/4" thick, it's more like a spacer. On the top holes that were easy to get to, I used some allen head bolts that I bought from Clifford with the intake and headers. On some of the lower bolts, I ended up re-using stock bolts because there was no way to get an allen around the tubes.

Unless it's a purty truck, use what works!

Keep stock bolts and "flat washer" and just put a bigger washer under the stock one. Those washer are actually special springs designed to keep the bolt in place while exhaust manifold expand after heating
