Another suspension question....
Alright guys... I wrote the staff at "Jack-It" about there 4 inch lift for the 1966 F-250 4x4...they wrote me back and said that the "tech people" at their place and skyjacker (who makes the springs) said that the lift and springs for the 1966 are not compatible for my 1965!
I'll go ahead and post the message...you guys tell me whether you think it would fit or not..I thought they had the same suspension...here is what they had to say...

Sorry it took a few days to reply to your e-mail. I did some checking with my lead tech and with Skyjacker (they manufacture the springs). To our knowledge the 1966 kit will NOT fit the 1965. I haven't been able to locate a '65 to look at it and see what the differences are, but my tech and the spring manufacturer both say they aren't compatible. If you wish to purchase the kit and try it for yourself that would be fine, but we would not accept a return if it doesn't work.
Good luck and let us know if you decide to proceed anyway.

Another suspension question....
What you could do, is find a heavy truck spring shop
in your area, and have them make you a set of springs.
Would probably be just as cost effective as buying the
kit...
Anoter thought, measure the width of your springs,
and the free lenght of your springs, then compare
the measurements to the kit...
