engine bucking below 1500

ive posted before with lots of insight, but upon checking into possible causes...im stumped. 99psd with 186000 on the clock. ive gotten water in my fuel and ran it like that for 2 weeks, before i knew there was a drain. loss of power until now...it justs bucks below 1500 rpm, mostly in od. cct revealed #3 cylinder not holding its share. replaced injector and decided to replace the glow plugs. nows my chance to check on those fabled wiring harnesses under the covers. i found no problems, all clips on injectors. another cct shows no problem. i replaced the cps, not the culprit. i decided to replace my fuel pump, thinking its about shot with all the water. not the answer i was looking for either. are my valves shot? im out of clues. anybody that has an idea..ill listen thanks

I'm assuming you replaced the fuel filter, flushed out the water, and have fresh fuel. Also, did you try some fuel additive, like the Diesel Service Power Kleen?
