Hey guys, thru work i deal with alof of different businesses, some really suck but some go above and beyond, those are the ones that I reffer my friends to. So here is my list and PLEASE, if you know of a business that deserves to be here post it!!

This guy knows his stuff!!

These guys have great pricing and do AWESOME work

They might not be the cheapest in town but they know how to do the job right.

Both of these companies are great for finding those hard to find bearings races and seals and have forgotten more about bearings than i will ever know

Transmision repair--Chance transmision, 6325 s seneca 316-529-1883
These guys KNOW auto trannies and thier office staff are the most polite women i have ever met...hands down! And they support thier comunity!!

Clothing--Western uniform outlet store, 1708 n mosley 316-264-2342
They have an outlet store that sells some of the toughest jeans I have ever seen, I have a few pairs that I bought 4 years ago and they are still together!! And mind you I can destroy a pair of wranglers in a matter of days

Alternator/starter reapair--Kings import electric, 1450 s mosley, -316-263-3606
Don't let the name fool you they do all makes of starter, alternator, winch motor etc and they will last FOREVER!

These guys rebuild ALL kinds of batteries from autos to forklift to laptop to cell phone. They also custom build some BEEFY battery cables.

Theese guys could weld your butt cheeks together and you wouldn't know it!

Mower parts/repair--Maximum outdoor equipment, 1002 s west st 316-943-0201
When you go in you will notice the place is run by a bunch of kids, just remember, these are not your average "mcdonals" crew, these kids KNOW thier mowers and how to deal with customers!!

What about a good tint shop in Wichita, my wife thinks she needs her windows tinted and I am realitively new to the Wichita area? thanks

 

I had mine done at Alta Mere at 1000 E. English (1 block north of Douglas and Washington). Their number is 316-682-8468. They offer quite a few services; tint, stereo, etc., but I can only speak for the tinting, they did a great job on mine. I have heard from other people, that their work in other areas is sub par, but I do not know personally.
