460 manifold
Where is a good place to get a new passenger side exhaust manifold for a 1994 F-250, 460, E4OD tranny. I have seen them on ebay for about 70$. Im spending alot of time to do this, i want a good one. I looked into Gail banks headers, but they want 1600$. to much.

I would look at Thorley Try Y headers not stainless but the same desine as Bankes. Just a guess but I bet the back bolt hole on your exaust is cracked or broke and they are warped.This is a common recuring problem with stock exaust. Allso they tend to break the back bolt.

they bild a header simular to banks and as you said banks has a lifetime warenty so poney up for the banks and be happey.
