EBPV Now ya Done it

Hey a BIG THANKS to all that gave great insight on the rebuild on my early 99 7.3 F350 4X4 CC LB EBPV rebuild! And a BIG THANKS to JTHARVEY! What a simple solution to what seemed to cause angst for sure. I tried several ways to connect the EBPV actuation arm to the pin while the turbo was on the pedestal but nothing worked till JTHARVEY suggested his trick of hooking the pin into the actuating arm as you lower the turbo into place. After hours of fussing with this little part of the R&R I followed his lead and sure enough wango zee tango! DONE! A BIG THANKS again for all that gave advice! Maybe someone will be doing a search and find this tidbit of info a time saver down the road!

THANKS

Good deal!! Glad to hear that you were able to get it back in place. It's definately a finicky little piece.
