offroad camping

i'm looking for a place to go offroading and camping. ideally something you can wheel out to to go camping. at a lake or something. nothing to hard. i got my truck and a land rover and a rodeo. all have 4wheel. i'm a bit worried bout the rodeo, anywho. i heard of a place called sweetwater, just can't find any info. anyone heard of this place or have any other suggestions for placing to go wheeling and camping? thanks oh... i'm in alpharetta. so something in that general area would be nice. i'd be willing to travel a little bit for a good place.

Go N of Helen on state 75.
Turn left on Russell Scenic Hwy
Turn right on 1st road (starts out paved, turns to gravel)

Low Gap campground - watch for bears.

Don't worry about the rodeo. my wife has a 93, and it does fabulous off road...

Theres a place north of you Called Cohutta WMA at Chatsworth, GA. Look under Wildlife Aeras on the sit that b3c gave you. There are some good trails for light wheelin and some nice campgrounds. Also Fort Mountain SP is near by,got a great camp ground.http://gastateparks.org/info/fortmt/
Here are some pictures of the trails. The first one is in one of the campgrounds.

Just watch for other trucks .Its along way to the bottom on 1 side and stright up on the other. Most of the trails are one lane.
