Need help with body tag numbers...

Hi all,

I'm looking at a '91 F-150, and need to know
what these body tag code numbers mean:

Type-GVW F142
Body DJ4
Trans F
Axle 19N
Springs D4L

If you can help with any of them, please do.
Its a Lariat, with a 302.
