Highboy steering
I have a 74 f250 highboy with the old style power steering,the slave cylinder style on the steering arm on a dana 44.
What I want to do is take the dana 60 out of a 78 f250 I have with the power steering box and put it on the highboy.
When we got the cab off of the highboy is when I found out the whole front section of the frame is different along with the cross member,now do I have to change the front cross member to use the newer style box and dana 60 or is their a simpler way to do this?
I have always wanted a highboy and dont want to put the divorced transfer case in the 78 frame.
