adusting headlights

I did a search but came up empty. How do you adjust headlights. I saw a hex head with star indent on a bolt on each headlight. Might those be them? I also saw another bolt on the other side of the headlight that looks adjustable (up & down maybe) on the the other side of the headlight. Raised my truck 4" and need to bring them down to see better, also don't like blinding oncoming traffic. Thanks again for all your help.

i would like to know this also. my front end is 6.5" taller than stock and i have a pretty impressive lighting setup. i would hate to be an oncoming car of my truck.

That is them one for left/right one for up/down

Thanks amiller93. Great stuff. The only problem is I went out and started messin with it before you replied (which was extremely quick and with pics) and got my lights all out of wack. Fortunately it's a quick fix as soon as it gets dark out.
