All stock except for the tires
1600 miles
50 Hrs. on meter
Took a trip to Tahoe last week from Sacramento (60' up to about 8000') put 427 miles on the truck. Added 8 oz. Diesel Kleen before I left.
Lie-O-Meter said 18.8 MPG average.
Filled up when I got back to Sacramento, hand calculated,
18.5 MPG. Who knows which is correct. I thought that was great for a big ol' truck to go uphill and back, drive around at that elevation, 427 miles on 23 gallons!
Lots of stop and go driving around the lake all week, lowest I saw the Lie-O-Meter go was 15.4 MPG

Run DK with every tank. Love the truck, just wish that towing mileage would come up.

Straight piped, zoodad mod, tauno cover.
Always run diesel kleen.
19 mpg on a calm day going down the highway,
15 mpg in town.
I used to get about 17 on the highway before I did the zoodad mod, and the tauno cover gives me about 1mpg better on the highway.

ALL STOCK - only mods are "looky-loo" stuff (gallery) side note.. i just got my fomoto oil drain valve in and will be installing that on next oil chage and ill be adding some Flag Graphics to the truck as well.. will add pics to galley when they are on.

But little boy blue is a daily driver and as long as i dont hot rod him ... he usually does good by me still waiting for it to break in so i can start getting the better MPG. the only mod that may affect mileage is an access soft tonneau cover
currently at 5600 miles
Unloaded: 13-15 city/ 17-18 hwy
Loaded w/ 4000lb boat: 12-13 @ 75mph
