Trying to quit smoking
Just got done installing my Beans Stage 1 injectors. Now I can't figure out how to make it stop smoking (black) I know it's smokes cuz more fuel so do I need more air to offset the effects?? Was thinking maybe Hypermax H-2 turbo?? I have the superchips set on high maybe I'll take it off see if that helps. I'm reading my post and I know I sound like a candyazz but I don't want to see wasted fuel (I'm a biodiesel'r) Anyways I enjoy them, like getting a new truck. That was one heck of an install. Next time I'm paying someone.

you need custom programming. the superchips burns are made for a stock injectored truck. i can drive my truck around on the econo burn with my 530's and only get very light smoke. a larger turbo will help clean the smoke up but it will still smoke some on the bottom before it spools up.

Sounds like it should be breathing good. Maybe a larger turbo housing would help the situation. Mine still has the stock injectors, but doesn't really start smoking till 2700-2800 rpm mark.

programming and/or bigger oil will help you out.
and a bigger exhaust housing will make it worse.

how much did you assometer read over stock HP???

No I had my superchip (which I sold on ebay last week) but as soon as it sold I ordered a 4 position chip from Tymar; because I had to get another HPX line for my uncle's truck. I run it on the "tow position" because of the better fuel mileage. I really don't know why I got the injectors because I don't really put my foot into as much, but when you do I feel I could beat anything out there. (I know I can't but..) Overall I'm please with them between the injectors and the chip I only spent $900 (the superchip whipe out the price on the 4 position). I guess my injectors were good enough they didn't charge me any extra (thanks on that Bean's)
Like I said the fuel mileage, you keep your foot out of it it'll go up with a set of these. I'm saving $10 of fuel now. on a side note I quite biodiesel, oh here's my ebay link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1
It took me 6 months to finally order them but no buyers remorse at all!!!!
