If so, go to page 118 (for a 2000) Driving chapter, Four Wheel Operation section, ESOF paragraph:
automatic hub locks can be manually overridden by rotating the hub lock control from AUTO to LOCK.
It is good to know that you and your dealer are working together to solve this problem.
