clutch fork dust boot
hi all, I have a situation here. I just put in a new clutch kit and am in the process of putting it all back together. Yesterday I wrestled the transmission(t19) back on and the crossmember and after all that I found the clutch fork dust boot on the ground. WHOOOPS! Is it possible to remove the slave cylinder and reinstall it without pulling the transmission?? If so what is the trick to compressing the pushrod without the clutch fork on?

Thanks for the reply gpsmat. I decided it wasn't worth it so I slit the dust cover, slipped it over the fork and siliconed it back together. It took well and seems as good as new! alot better than bleeding since I'm ready to drive. The clutch feels awesome! it was my 1st clutch job and the dust boot was the only hitch, not too bad I guess.
