Question Hinge pin replacement 93 F250

My drivers door pins are worn out and the whole door is loose. Went to auto parts store and bought new door hinge pin and bushing sets. One for the upper hinge and one for the lower hinge. The set includes 1 pin and 2 bushings. I know where the pin goes, but am a little confused as to the placement of the 2 bushings. Has anybody out there done this before and if so, do you have any suggestions to complete this the proper way?

the bushings are what wore out.

use dremel to cut the center out of pin.

than hammer and pry out the rest.
