Oil water test points

I am installing a 302 into my f100 and was wondering if there were any plugs located t the rear of the block that I could check oil pressure and water temp. I know I can put a tee at the oil sending unit and there are a few location on the intake for water temp but I was looking for a cleaner set-up

Nothing that I'm aware of. Everything is toward the front of the intake and block.
