Cool, I love the default pic for your new truck, awesome angle and cool thing the truck is doing.
On the other hand, eh the interior doesn't look much different than my '94. Not your fault a Ford thing I just don't like it that much. Do those cupholders suck at holding everything? I know mine do and my console looks much the same.
I LOVE YOUR TRUCK! Those new Rangers look so good. They just keep changing them just a little bit, but i love them. I just hate the price. They are way to expensive.
Ford put little sleeves inside the cup holders that can slide up to hold taller cups, etc. It was a great addition, I'm not sure when they added them. All I know is that I did not have them in my 2000, and had pop all over the inside of it!!
My '94 has the stupid little inserts, but they fit NOTHING. I've yet to find a cup that securely sits without tipping over. I'm not taking hard fast turns, flying out of intersections and laying on the brakes. Just average driving, I find myself constantly reaching over to hold it down. A bit of a pain with a stick shift.
The cup holders I like (take them out and put them back in upside down and a soda can doesn't have a chance of falling over.
It's too bad that they decided to keep the armrest storage compartment with the new style. I hated that latch in my 2001 - your arm is in the way when you want to open it all the way. My '94 has the button on the side and seem much more convenient.
I see you have the roush exhaust, I heard it uses the magnaflow muffler, how does it sound ? Your truck is just like mine, 4.0, manual, 4x4, and white, but mine is an 04, and I put performance decals on the sides, it was my first white truck, and just looked to plain, now it looks like a desert racer ha ha. I took my step bars off, they kept catching stumps, but they also can help protect the rockers, so it was a toss up, stumps won. I leveled the truck by cranking the t-bars, and swapped on BFG 265/75-16's, and a detroit tru-trac in the rear. I have headers, intake, and all that stuff, but the best performace mod I bought, was a bama chips programer, it made the rest of the mods come alive, it's awesome. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy your ranger as much as I do mine, I'm into offroading also. My step bars stuck out further than yours, yours should be allright.
I got my exhaust off of Hillbank motorsport's website and I love it. It sounds great and I got some noticeable power on the freeway when I bolted it on. It needs a little adjustment right now (one pipe is higher than the other), but other than that it was any easy afternoon bolt-on.
