'04 Excursion Tire/Wheel Upgrade

I know this should probably be in the tire/wheel forum, but here goes... Does anyone know if a set of 4 factory 2006 F250/F350 20" wheels (rim size 20X8)with an 8 lug bold pattern will fit? They are being offered at $1,700 along with 275/65/20 Goodyear Wrangler AT/S but I am concerned about backspacing, etc. Thanks.

Um .... I think there was something on this in the 6.0L forum or somewhere. I belived the problem was the back spacing is different on the two years

The 2006 rims will be sunk into your fenders more. Probably look funny. You could get spacers but that's more money.

It won't fit because the wheel is off of the new coil spring suspension and we have (even in 2005) the older leaf spring suspension. Completely different offsets on the wheels.
