Lightbulb H.I.D Lights

Hey does anybody have these lights on their truck yet. I got an offer from a guy out of mexico that "found a box full of H.I.D lights" and was going to sell them to me for 200 bones for both the Headlamps and the Fog Lights. I already have dual yellow top sealed batteries so I think I could power them to their full BTU potential...plus I havent seen a truck with them installed and I would hate for my truck to look funny. ALL HELP APPRICIATED!

About how much do they cost and where is a good place to get a set for a newer F 150? Are they truely worth it? I have seen them on lux cars and they look very nice.

I got mine from Blinglights.com and they were about $330 shipped. They are definitely truly worth it and you can see for yourself the night and day difference. Once you install HIDs, you can not go back to halogens If this price seems too steep for you, then try online. A friend of mine purchased his through eBay and his is working fine so far. He paid $200 shipped from Canada

I am considering getting a HID conversion kit off EBAY for about $300 for HI and Low (most don't include HI). I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the temp on the HI and if it would melt my Headlight assembly? I have read about it being a problem with headlight conversions. Also has anyone seen the very tight small space you have to change the bulbs on a 06 F150? My choices are - stay stock=free, replace with imitation HID bulb=$50, or HID conversion=$300

Blinglights.com offers the high/low kit for 400 bux. Also if you take out the headlight lens and assembly (it's like 4 easy screws) then this gives you plenty of room to work.
