CCV mod ???

I really thought I would have more oil than this in my intercooler after almost 290000 miles. Is the CCV mod really worth it?http://

its not the point of keeping oil out of the intercooler, it is preventing oil from seeping out of the boots and making the boots pop off. i had the boots pop off several times so i upgraded to new boots that havent popped off since.

My old boots leaked, so I used a little PermaTex brush on adhesive. Leaks now gone. I was going to do the CCV mod when I pull the turbo to change my o-rings, but am thinking twice about it. I was just really surprised just how little oil was in there.
