4low stuck on

hi everybody, i have a 98 explorer xlt. i tried to use my 4low the other day and it wouldnt turn off. Has this happened to anybody. I dont offroad much so it had been quite a while since ive used it. any suggestions

Try putting the truck in Nuetral and then turning it to Auto . I had the same thing happen and this worked for me.
