Navigator suspension problem

I am new to the board, and I have a quick question. I have a friend that has an 03 Navigator Ultimate, and recentely has left it parked for a little over two months. The suspenion has totally deflated, and he is scared to get it drive or tow it in this position. It starts and parking lot drives fine, but the bags wont inflate. There is no manual, so does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

has the switch been turned off? Does the compressor run when he starts the truck? Is the suspension light on? I would start with the switch first, from there see if the compressor is running. Get back to us with that info and I am sure we can all go from there and get you more info.

Do not drive it on deflated bags, it can make a repair much more expensive.

The compressor does not run while the vehicle is running, and there is no suspension light on. Can someone help me with the location of the switch or a fuse number or location. I have been reading through the archives, but I can't find the information I am looking for about the 2nd generation navigators.

switch is located just above the passenger kick panel (down by the feet, near the door)
