Setup of what for what...? Haven't found the name listed on any Internet Search engine....unless you're more specific about what your wanting to know....
The Duraspark ignition that comes with most of our trucks is already pretty darned good from the factory. You can replace parts of it with higher efficiency parts, replace the ignition module with something like an MSD-6A, and maybe replace the coil with something that puts out more volts. I don't see much need though to replace the distributor itself unless you're building a high RPM application.
well,i hate my duraspark set up just for the fact its one problem after another after another,so i found this company and for $125 u get a whole hei set up everything is there and hook up one wire and ur done..so,ok
You still would have to remove old one, retime it...then run the risk of your timing chain/sprocket being worned or other minor details, loose connections, low coil spark to power that new high HEI control modual, distributor and so on...for less than 125.00 I could buy a new distributor that will work the engine as it was designed to...but I could never see putting an High Performance distributor (HEI) into a worn engine as they problems with over spark ignition failure and burned pistons would worry me anyway. To each his own, and learning is an experance into itself by trial an error.
My guess to your question is NO. I personally have never heard of them. If it was me I would spend the little extra, since you have aready put stuff in your engine, an go with an MSD, or Mallory or something known. I would consider this distributor if you can find people who have run them. One way to do this is to call the company and ask them to put you in touch with customers who are running their product.
