whining noise
Ok this is how it began went to the beachgo the truck stuck aparently th rear filled with salt water didnt knowat the time drove 170 miles to work started to whine changed the fluid but still wines only on exceration u her this whe u coast it doesent do it

bearing damage
Since sea water has its fair share of sand with it, I would suspect bearing damage which is leading to changes in your ring and pinion mating tolerances. Tip-in acceleration noise is caused by changes in wear patterns on the ring and pinion. Check your axle vent hose to make sure it fits tightly to the fitting on the housing and is suspended high above the axle(usually to the bottom of the bed of the truck).
Unfortunately, the end result may be replacement of all bearings and seals in the rear end, including axle bearings and seals.
