Mater

thats what im planning on mine too. that way if you happy then so be it, if not there is just a few bolts and a few hundred bucks to make the difference.

yeah , but those are 66 grilles, I like the 8 rectangles on the 64 I would have payed the 450 for one if it was a 64. Rite after I got mine I found a oem in the box had the FO MO CO and eveything on ebay I think It went for 550 buck . (good thing I had one already huh?)

It all depends on what route you wanna go ,if your going for the all original farm truck with the 1964 grille 8 rectangle (metal painted) with painted rims and hub caps or the all original Custom Cabf100 with the (shiny aluminum) and ready for luxury...... or totaly custom, and that would be all up to you .

My truck isn't a custom cab. I want it to look as original as possible. I don't want to do very much custom stuff. I guess we'll just see what happens. I have the front end dismantled so I'm working on that right now. Like I said we'll just see what happens. I know alot of guys that say that they want is all stock and then the truck ends up custom. So we'll se what happens.

yeah ,It really is up to you, thats the good thing about this site you can look at aot of others galleris and see how they done their thucks and see what you like about each one and it will give you alot of good ideas on what you want do do with yours . mine is the instument cluster a custom cab , but there is not to much in it and a reg. The instrument cluster and door handle plates are the only things that say custom cabbut I see some that have alot of fancy tim that is on the sides of the truck.

i like the 66 grilles. I like them all, but in my truck the 66 to me just seems to fit the look of the truck. mine is a custom cab..

With your truck, just go with what you see in your head. visions do seem change as you change and get older, but no matter what you do, its exactly what you want and thats what makes it your truck

Iv been in the "should I do this" stage since iv had mine, and that will never change.. I like stock, I like customs, I really really like pro street and chop tops, but what will end up happening with my truck, only time will tell.

Yours will be nice no matter what. We all appreciate the time and effort you have in it. Take LOTS of pictures. Dont lose intrest, and when you feel like you are, just go talk to the truck. she will change your mind.

Thats sweet if I had the money I'd buy it. Would anyone like to start a fund raiser for me. The Mater Grill Fund.

I guess i could always ask the wife what our funds are like. Wish me luck on that.

Pa, That is bad advice for this site, and this forum. Let's keep it truck.

Maybe he needs a pair of mans pants to put on so he can act like a man, or get on his knees and pucker up while he begs like a dog.
