Steering box splines?
Any of you techy guys know these things:
The size and spline count of output shaft and...
the size and spline count of input shaft...
of steering gearbox on 73 F250 4x4 with Manual steer?

Ok, that sounds like the input shaft size, thanks. Anybody know the output shaft size and spline count? I was thinking I could find a power steering box with a shortened output shaft (possibly a box from an 80's GMC) that could be mounted with the output shaft extending horizontally through the existing hole in the frame, thus maintaining the existing drag link and possibly pitman arm.
