'65 ignition harness....

'65 ignition harness....
Well,'m trying to get my '65 F-100 rnning again. Today I went to go repair the hacked up ignition harness. I got all but a couple wires repaired. There was one yellow wire coming off the ignition switch and two yellow wires going to it that were cut. Does anyone have any idea why this is? Any idea whic of the two yellow wires is supposed to go to the switch? Or am I missing a wire from the switch?
