predator triple play

Anyone have the Predastor triple play module installed. I want to get it but want to know hows the PSD world likes the results. There are 3 settings on the control panel in the dash, tow/performance mode 50 hp/125 ftlbs and performance mode 105 hp/ 220 ftlbs. and then "normal" all this ant it claims the et's do not change, only change the injection on the fuel from what i gather. thanks for any info Jeff

I'll have to see that one to believe it.
You have to inject more fuel to make more power.
That makes more heat.
EGT's go up.
Make them prove that to you before you buy.

I can't see that happening either. I agree with Dan. The EGT's have to go up when there's a power increase from just a programming change, all else staying the same.

ANYONE and I mean ANYONE that tells you they make HP and do NOT increase EGT is someone to run as fast as you can from!!!! Unless you're looking at a methanol or propane system that is.

The description looks to me like it's just a 10k mod, you can build your own for probably $20. For about the same money you can buy a multiposition chip that will do a lot more for you.

I agree with clux, from the information that I have gathered from this great site, I would have to go with a good position chip from Jody, especially spending that kind of money for just two positions. Just my .02
