Can anybody tell me where to find cheap front brake drums for my 65? I'm told over a hundred bucks each from Auto Zone. I can't find used ones anywhere. They used to be plentiful around here when I first bought my trucks (ten to twenty bucks each), but not any more. I plan on swapping to disc soon (when I get the time), so I don't want to spend too much. In two months, both of my front drums cracked, so I had to "borrow" some from a different truck for now. I found out it's not a good idea to weld them too.
Up here in minnesota(mpls) I found a place called
BRAKE & EQUIPMENT Warehouse and they beat everyone.
I bought wheel cylinders for 12$ each( 35$ NAPA)
(1965 F250)
They go back to 1940
i dont know about shipping charges though.

I have a set of drums, comlete with new kingpins, hardware, pads, bearings. I know you said cheap so I may not be your solution if you are looking for drums only. The King pins have been fitted and the drums are turned. I'd take $100.00 for all of it plus shipping.
