Fluids ?

I want to replace my fluids(trans, front and rear diffs). I was wondering if there was any advantage to using synthetic or what your experiences are with regular or synthetic fluids. Any suggestions will help. Thanks

Rear differential fluid needs synthetic for sure. It's
spec'd by Ford. I use synthetic in both diff's and dino in my tranny.

i use Amsoil synthetic Torque Drive fluid in my transmission. expensive stuff, at $200 for 5 gallons. however i feel it's the best and it has a drain interval for automatic transmissions in OTR trucks of 60,000 miles. yes OTR trucks, automatics, and that long of a drain interval.

i haven't replaced the diff fluids in my truck yet, however i have done the rear diff on the dually when i did the brakes.
