howdy!

i got a 65 f-100 and i want to put new wheels on it. i measured the wheel pattern and came up with 5 on 5 1/4. is that common on this truck? and where can i find good looking wheels in that size for a reasonable price? thanks,

wheels...

bolt circle is 5 on 5 1/2. any ford pickup from 40s to 96 is the same. except for a few 80-82 f100s. they had a small bolt pattern.

wheels...

a quick way to measure 5 lug wheel bolt patterns is to measure from the center of a lug to the outside edge of an opposite lug.

kinda sucks measuring bolt circle, summit sells a nice little plastic ring with all the bolt circles on it. just turn it till it fits and you got it. if you do a lot of measuring it is a real nice peice to have. if i didnt know what the bolt circles were on fords i wouldnt be able to measure one at all.
