transmission speed sensor

HI, could someone please tell me where the speed sensor is located on the transmission of 1999 ford ranger. I would love to have a diagram or something. thanks

First, welcome to FTE!!!

The speed sensor is located in the rear differential. Look for an electrical connection, it's slightly towards the driver's side.
