I hope someone can help me. I just bought a nicely restored 65 F100 Custom Cab in Turquoise and White. It has an engine and trans that I believe came from a 1971 LTD. The trans is a Fordomatic rebuilt by AAMCO in 1996 (receipt found in glove box) but I don't know what the engine is. It has a 2V carb and it has a Ford tag on it reading: CTF B and below that B5DD. Cast on the back of the intake manifold is: (as best as I can make out) DIAE 8425 CA. Does this givwe anyone a clue? I'd appreciate any help........

If you can answer these questions, we can get started.
1. Are your plugs like this: //// Or like this: //\\
2. How many bolts in each valve cover?
3. Where is the oil filled? Through a tube or a cap in the valve cover?
